About Course
This 8-hour intensive program equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to plan, design, and develop public infrastructure projects—from concept to implementation—aligned with national development goals and regulatory standards. The course integrates project management methodologies, engineering fundamentals, financial and risk analysis, environmental and social safeguards, and stakeholder engagement. Through lectures, workshops, case studies, and simulation exercises, participants learn to create viable, cost-effective, and sustainable infrastructure projects that serve the public good and comply with Philippine laws and international best practices.
