EXPECTATION

The participants will have the better understanding and knowledge on how to conduct basic paralegal work.
The participants have better understanding of the concepts and court process.
The participants will have better grasp on how to go through their work as paralegal and will be more confident in pursuing their advocacy work.
They will better equip as assistant to conduct legal research and processes in aid of the lawyers.

This is a basic paralegal training module for those who want to engage in paralegal work.
To give overall view of basic knowledge on paralegal work and basic orientation on procedural matters and court processes.
To get familiarized with the basic and practical knowledge about legal concepts pertaining to law and judicial processes.
To have initial grasp on how to make basic legal documents like that of affidavits.
To professionalize the paralegal work.
