About Course
This course equips Arts Teachers with the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies to design, implement, and evaluate effective arts curricula aligned with national standards, learner diversity, and 21st-century skills. It focuses on curriculum frameworks, backward design, assessment for and of learning, performance-based tasks, rubrics, and authentic assessment strategies appropriate for visual arts, music, dance, theater, media arts, and integrated arts education. Emphasis is placed on contextualized, culturally responsive, and outcomes-based teaching practices relevant to Philippine basic and higher education settings.
