FUNDAMENTALS OF GOVERNMENT SERVICE ETHICS AND ACCOUNTABILITY
About Course
This intensive 8-hour program provides public servants with a solid grounding in the ethical standards and accountability mechanisms required of government employees. It explores the Philippine Constitution, the Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees (RA 6713), anti-corruption laws, and international frameworks on good governance. Through lectures, case studies, role-playing, and reflective workshops, participants learn how to recognize ethical dilemmas, prevent conflicts of interest, promote transparency, and strengthen public trust in government institutions.
